E-sports platform MPL acquires NFT marketplace Good Game Exchange for $13-M

E-sports and online gaming platform MPL is to acquire the entire business and assets of GGX Protocol Ltd, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, for USD 12.75 million. MPL will buy out existing investors' tokens in GGX. MPL is issuing 25,19,465 Series E preference shares to the existing investors of GGX as a consideration payable for the proposed acquisition.
