E-sports startup FanClash raises $40-M from Polygon, Sequoia, others

Gurugram-based e-sports fantasy startup FanClash has raised USD 40 million in Series B funding from Web3 infrastructure firm Polygon and existing investors Sequoia Capital India, Falcon Edge and Info Edge. The company will use the funds to expand globally, build a fan engagement platform and also for team building and user acquisition. FanClash has operations in India and the Philippines. This round follows a Series A round of USD 10 million from Sequoia Capital India, Falcon Edge and Info Edge in August 2021.
