EaseMyTrip acquires premium intercity mobility platform YoloBus
New Delhi-based, publicly listed online travel platform EaseMyTrip will acquire the assets of Gurugram-based premium intercity mobility platform YoloBus. The deal will help the acquirer expand its non-air travel business. It will buy the YoloBus brand, its technology, team, running business and data expertise. Post deal, EaseMyTrip expects to leverage YoloBus' technology-enabled platform to offer an enhanced and superior bus travel experience.
