E-commerce merchants aggregator 10club raises $40-M from Fireside, others
Bengaluru-based e-commerce marketplace aggregator 10club has raised USD 40 million in a round co-led by Fireside Ventures and an international investor. The round also saw participation of US-based e-commerce aggregator HeyDay, PDS international, Class 5 Global, Secocha Ventures and boAt founders Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta. Fireside Ventures partner Vinay Singh will join 10club's board as part of the transaction. 10club acquires e-commerce merchants who have built sustainable businesses on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart and accelerate their growth. The company plans to use the capital raised to expand its portfolio of brands, build technology stack and for working capital purposes.
