Edelweiss invests Rs.355-Cr in Hubtown's two projects in Mumbai
Edelweiss Group has invested INR 355 crore in realty developer Hubtown's two under-construction residential projects in Mumbai. The investment was made through Edelweiss' non-banking finance company ECL Finance, Edelweiss India Real Estate Fund and EREF Onshore Fund.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-RE Deal database: In Jan-21, US-headquartered Oaktree Capital Management had invested INR 425 crore in 25 South, a prime sea-facing luxury residential development spread over 5.3 acres of land in central Mumbai’s Prabhadevi locality. Other investors that have invested in Hubtown and its projects since 2008 include IIML, Siva Ventures, FMO, Kotak Realty, Milestone Capital, Anand Rathi and GVFL.
