Edtech startup Classplus to raise over $56-M from existing investors

Noida based Ed-Tech start-up Classplus is to allot 11,251 series E CCCPS to Alpha Wave Global (via Alpha Wave Ventures II LP), RTP Global (via RTP Global Partners II Opportunity LP), Tiger Global (via Internet Fund VII Pte Ltd) and Chimera Capital (via Chimera Investment LLC and Chimera Global Fund I LP) at a price band of INR 3.84 lakh to INR 4.21 lakh per share. The investment, at the lower end of the price band, would aggregate to USD 56.51 million and USD 62 million at the higher end.
