Edtech startup FlashPrep raises $500-K from Venture Highway, others
Bengaluru-based FlashPrep, an education technology startup, has raised USD 500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Venture Highway (VH Capital), along with participation of Better Capital, First Cheque and a few angel investors. It will use the capital to strengthen its user base and expand product offerings. FlashPrep is a mobile based platform that offers school curriculum-related learning solutions. It condenses study material into bite-sized information. The company claims to have more than 15,000 monthly active users and that its app has been downloaded 30,000 times so far.
