Edtech startup Shaktimaan attracts $2-M from Y Combinator, others
New Delhi-based Shaktimaan.ai, a personalised mentoring platform, has raised USD 2 million in its initial funding round from Y Combinator, Goodwater Capital, as well as Fundersclub, Misbah Ashraf and Nishchay AG (founders of Jar app) and others. Most of the capital will be used to develop an advanced language model tailored for a range of educational applications, significantly enhancing the platform's capabilities. The platform aims to serve about one lakh students by December 2023.
