Hyderabad-headquartered CappellaEducore , an education infrastructure firm started and managed by JV Ventures, has received an equity commitment of USD 200 million from Alta Capital. The fresh funds will help Cappella Educore build a portfolio of around USD 550 million over the next three years. Cappella, which currently has 13 schools across South and West India in its portfolio, will look to add more than 15 schools over the next three years, with an eventual target to list as an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT).
