Elevation Cap, Morgan Stanley, others sells NSE shares worth Rs.2,184 Cr

PE-VC investors in National Stock Exchange of India Limited have sold stakes worth INR 2,184 crore during Jan-Mar 2023 quarter. Elevation Capital has sold shares worth INR 580.46 Cr, while Morgan Stanley has sold shares worth INR 160.67 Cr. Other investors sold shares worth INR 1,443 Cr during the period.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2007, Elevation Capital (earlier known as SAIF Partners India) invested INR 553.83 Cr for a 5% stake in NSE. In Mar 2007, Morgan Stanley had invested INR 308.70 Cr for 3% stake.
