Elliott Management sells Antony Waste Handling shares worth Rs.186-Cr, registers 3x return
Elliott Management Corp has sold shares worth INR 186 crore in publicly listed Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. on Sep 28, 2021 through bulk deals on NSE and BSE. Post the latest sale, at an avg. price of INR 355.27 per share, the investor would hold a 1.23% stake in the company.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jun 2007, Elliott Management Corp invested INR 60.21 Cr in Antony Waste Handling. In May 2014, it invested an additional INR 77 Cr. The company went public in Jan 2021 at INR 315 per share.
