Enabler for rail station hawkers Yatrikart raises $450-K from Shuru-Up, Artha Venture Fund
Indore-based Yatrikart has raised USD 450,000 in a seed round from Shuru-Up's Digital Platform and Artha Venture Fund. Launched October 2021, Yatrikart is a transit retail chain, enabling micro-entrepreneurship by empowering hawkers and retailers at transit stations and creating a ‘retailing on the go' format. Yatrikart aims to open over 100 new formats by 2023 and will use this investment to expand its infrastructure, improve technology, and hire talent.
