Enterprise s'ware firm SirionLabs raises $85-M

Gurgaon- and Seattle, WA (USA)-based SirionLabs, a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, has raised a fresh round of USD 85 million in Series D funding led by Partners Group, with participation from existing investors Avatar Capital, Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. Cyrus Driver, Managing Director, Private Equity, Technology at Partners Group, will join the SirionLabs board of directors. This brings the total funding raised by SirionLabs since its founding in 2012 to USD 157 million. The funding will support scaling up of SirionLabs' operations, which includes adding up to 200 employees to its global workforce. Key emphasis will be placed on product innovation in AI and user experience (UX) while also better serving the SirionLabs current customer base of more than 250 companies.
