Enterprise skilling platform Disprz raises funding from Silverneedle Ventures
Chennai- and New Jersey-based Disprz, an enterprise skilling platform, has raised funding from Silverneedle Ventures. The company uses AI, cloud and mobile technology to help organizations benchmark themselves against trending skills required in their industry, create learning pathways for bridging skill gaps, and drive learning adoption to facilitate capability building. It claims to have served over 250 organizations including Amazon, Airtel, Bajaj Allianz, Chaayos, Mahindra Rise, and Tata Motors. They've expanded to SouthEast Asia and DUbai. The new funds will be used to expand to the US and the UK markets, particularly in the hiring and marketing area and to expand the team in the sales & marketing functions in emerging markets.
