Eupheus Learning acquires SaaS-based firm SchoolMitra
School-focused distribution platform Eupheus Learning has acquired SaaS-based firm SchoolMitra. The platform provided by SchoolMitra enables parents to help their children learn and monitor their performance. It also helps them pay fees online and track their child's safe entry and exit from school down to the detail of the bus routes.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jul-2017 and Jan-2019, SchoolMitra had raised INR 4 Cr from Dell Foundation and CBA Capital (Subscribers to the database can login to view the valuation, deal structuring and other transaction details.) From the Venture Intelligence M&A Deals Database: In Sep-21, Eupheus acquired ClassKlap Pvt Ltd which runs Assessment Services for K-12 under the brand Xamcheck, for USD 19 million (INR 139 crore).
