EV charging networks aggregator Statiq raises $25.7 M led by Shell Ventures

Gurugram-based electric vehicle charging network startup Statiq has raised USD 25.7 million (over INR 200 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Shell Ventures. Statiq enables users to locate and book EV chargers through a mobile app which also facilitates remote and seamless payment for the usage. The firm also manufactures smart EV chargers and aggregates other public EV chargers. The company will use the new funds to invest in product engineering and network infrastructure. Statiq has teamed up with Hero Electric besides collaborating with EV maker Ather, to enhance the combined EV charging network in the northern states.
