EV-tech startup Electrifuel raises Rs.1.8 Cr from IAN
Electrifuel, a Delhi-NCR-based EV technology startup, has raised INR 1.8 crore in its seed round from the Indian Angel Network (IAN). The company intends to use the funds to hire talent for multiple role, and also invest in R&D. Founded in 2017 by Sumesh Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, and Ujjwal Bhardwaj, Electrifuel enables EV and battery manufacturers to provide products with precise geolocation and cellular connectivity, fast charging, battery swapping, warranty and service management. Electrifuel claims to have deployed more than 15000 units of its products to over 25 customers and is in trials with 4 battery manufacturers.
