Everstone Capital offloads 25% stake in Restaurant Brands for Rs.1,494-Cr

Everstone Capital has sold 25% stake in publicly listed Restaurant Brands Asia (formerly Burger King India), for INR 1,494 crore via block deals. The Private Equity firm now holds a 15.44% stake in the company.
