Eye-wear retailer Lenskart raises $100-M from Alpha Wave

IPO-bound eyewear giant Lenskart is raising close to USD 100 million (about INR 760 crore) in a fresh round of investment from Alpha Wave Global. The development has come nine month after the New Delhi-headquartered unicorn raised USD 315 million at a valuation of USD 2.5 Billion. Lenskart has allotted around 3.6 million Series I CCPS to Alpha Wave at an estimated valuation of USD 4.3 Billion.
