Faering Capital invests $30-M in Vastu Housing Finance via secondary route
Private Equity firm Faering Capital has invested USD 30 million in Mumbai-headquartered Vastu Housing Finance Corp via a secondary purchase of shares from existing investors including Multiples PE. Vastu, an affordable housing finance company, with a presence across 15 states, has assets under management (AUM) of USD 900 million. The company reported profit after tax of over INR 285 crore in FY23.
