Fast food deliverer Burgerama raises $700-K from Anicut Angel Fund, others
Delhi-based delivery-focused fast-food brand Burgerama has raised USD 700,000 (INR 5 crore) in a pre-Series A round led by Anicut Angel Fund with participation from new and existing investors such as Rishab Malik (Venture Partner at Jungle Ventures), Ashvin Chadha (co-founder, Anicut Capital), Atul Singh (ex-Group CEO Apac, Coca-Cola), Bikky Khosla (chairman, TradeIndia.com), and Arjun Seth. The startup would use the funds to expand its geographical presence across North India, besides entering Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company has raised USD 1 million to date. The last round, led by Madison Capital and Anicut Angel Fund, was raised in September 2020.
