Financial services co Indifi raises Rs.140-Cr in equity, Rs.200-Cr in debt

Gurugram-based digital financial services company Indifi Technologies has raised INR 340 crore, including INR 140 crore of equity funding, from CX Partners and OP Finnfund Global Impact Fund I, a Finnish global emerging markets impact fund. Existing investors Omidyar Network, Flourish Ventures, Elevar Equity and Accel also invested in the Series D round of equity capital raise. Indifi has also secured INR 165 crore in debt from Vivriti, Northern Arc, SIDBI, and others. Additionally, US DFC (United States International Development Finance Corporation) has guaranteed INR 35 crore to the company. The Series D round brings the company's total equity fundraise to date at over INR 350 crore. The company is also in talks with select global funds for participation in the Series D raise. Indifi operates an online lending platform that offers business loans to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that have limited access to credit from financial institutions. It will use the funds for serving more customers, identifying additional segments of MSMEs, and towards technology and product development.

Between Oct-15 and Aug-21, Indifi raised $43.3 M from Elevar Equity, Omidyar Network, CDC Group, Accel India, OPIC, and others.
