Fintech firm Vayana Network to raise $8-M from IFC
The World Bank's private sector focused investment arm IFC is to invest USD 8 million in Pune-based Vay Network Services Pvt Ltd, which runs trade finance platform Vayana Network. Vayana is a tech-enabled supply chain finance platform that connects MSMEs and corporates with banks and other financial institutions for payables and receivables financing. It is also one of India's largest “GST Suvidha†providers, offering GST, E-Way Bill and E-Invoice pass-through API services and other related services.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Jul-17 and Nov-21, Vayana Network had raised over $65 M from March Capital, Jungle Ventures, CDC Group, Chiratae Ventures, Trifecta Capital, Recruit Strategic Partners and others.
