Fintech startup SalarySe raises $5.2 M from Surge, Pravega

Gurugram-based SalarySe, a credit-on-UPI app for salaried employees, has raised its seed funding round of INR 43.71 crore (USD 5.2 million) led by Surge Ventures (INR 25 crore), an early stage focused fund managed by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Pravega Ventures (INR 18.7 crore). Co-founded by Saumeet Nanda, Mohit Gorisariya, and Piyush Bagaria, SalarySe will issue 6,563 Seed compulsory convertible preference shares at INR 66,608 per share for a consideration of INR 43.71 crore (USD 5.2 million).
