Fintech startup Simpl to raise $40-M in Series B from Valar, IA Ventures, others
Bengaluru-based Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) startup Simpl is raising USD 40 million in its Series B funding round led by new investor Valar Ventures and existing investor IA Ventures. LFH Ventures and other investors will also be participating in this round of funding. Started in 2015, Simpl claims to have over 5500 merchants as on its platform, having notched up over 49 million transactions.
