Flexible office space firm Table Space raises $300-M from Hillhouse
Bengaluru-based flexible office spare provider Table Space has raised around USD 300 million from Hillhouse Capital to expand its operations. The investment is expected to be funded in two tranches. EY was the advisor on the deal. Currently, Table Space operates and manages over 5 million square feet, which can accommodate 45,000 to 50,000 people. The company operates across cities like Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai. Table Space plans to expand its footprint from the present five million square feet to eight million square feet by December 2023.
