Flipkart to acquire electronics after sales service firm Yaantra

Bangalore-based Flipkart Group, via its unit F1 Info Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, is to acquire Yaantra, a Delhi-based electronics "re-commerce" company. Yaantra, incorporated in 2013 by Jayant Jha, Ankit Saraf and Anmol Gupta, repairs and sells refurbished consumer tech products such as smartphones and laptops. The deal will help Flipkart enhance its after-sale offerings especially in the smartphones segment.
