Flour e-tailer Floryo raises $2-M from 3One4 Capital, Alteria

Floryo, a Bengaluru-based D2C flour brand, has raised USD 1.6 million via a Pre-Series A equity investment round led by 3One4 Capital. Other participants in the equity round were Vivek Gupta and Abhay Hanjura from Licious, Kunal Shal from CRED, Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta from boAt, Varun Alagh from Mamaearth, Rishi Vasudev from Goat Brandlabs, and Vijay Arisetti from MyGate. The remaining USD 400,000 came via debt financing from Alteria Capital. Floryo, founded by Manohar Kumar, sells whole grain flours, including beneficial multigrain flours, customized multigrain flours, and gluten-free multigrain flours on its platform. Customers can also personalize their wheat flour. The firm also provides online nutritionist consultations. Floryo plans to use the capital to grow its product portfolio, expand geographically, and boost its brand-building strategies.
