Food deliverer JustMyRoots acquires regional food brand The State Plate
Gurugram-based intercity food delivery startup JustMyRoots has acquired Bengaluru-headquartered The State Plate (TSP), which operates in the non-perishable packaged food segment. TSP founders Muskaan Sancheti and Raghav Jhawar will join JustMyRoots team and continue to manage the business. TSP was featured on Shark Tank India Season 1 and went on to receive funding from Lenskart Founder & CEO Peyush Bensal. It has also raised capital from venture capital fund Antler India at nearly USD 2 million valuation.
