Footwear retailer Metro to acquire apparel and accessories seller Cravatex Brands
Footwear retail chain Metro Shoes is to acquire 100% shareholding in fellow Mumbai-based Cravatex Brands to expand its presence in the sports and athleisure space. Cravatex Brands is a retail, brand licensing, distribution and sourcing company that has the exclusive long-term licence for the Italian sportswear brand FILA, owns sportswear brand Proline, besides representing other international brands.
