Foundation PE buys stakes in 3 portfolio cos of Carpediem Capital

Foundation Private Equity has bought stakes in three of Carpediem Capital's portfolio companies - Collateral Medical Pvt Ltd, Nysaa Retail Pvt Ltd and Sukkhi Online Pvt Ltd. The deal was done through a combination of secondary purchases and primary capital infusion involving multiple stakeholders.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Carpediem (along with its co-investors) had invested $7-M in Sukkhi Fashion Jewellery in 2018; $6.6 M in Nysaa Retail in 2017; and about $4-M across 2 rounds (in 2017 and 2020) in Collateral Medical.
