Fractional realty ownership platform MYRE to raise Rs.500-Cr via AIF route

Technology-enabled fractional ownership platform MYRE Capital, promoted by Morphogenesis, is planning to raise up to INR 500 crore through an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) by July 2022. The company will be launching the proposed first-of-its-kind, SEBI regulated, Neo-Realty Investment fund which will be investing in Grade A completed commercial real estate properties leased by blue chip tenants along with a mix of select under construction properties.
