Fresh veg foods deliverer PlantVita raises funds from JITO Angel Network
Mumbai-based plant-based fresh foods startup PlantVita has raised a seed round from JITO Angel Network. Investors who joined the round include AIM Angel group, Apurva Shah (Promoter & MD, Veeda Clinical research), Jai Diwanji (Partner, Desai & Diwanji law firm), Vivek Matthai (ex-GM Amul, Bisleri). The funds raised in this round will be used to strengthen the team, market new products and expand to new geographies. PlantVita offers an array of plant-based foods and nutritional supplements which are delivered within 12-15 hours of being produced or harvested. It also offers monthly subscription plans on its website and mobile app.
