Funding under DRDO scheme enhanced to Rs.50-Cr per project
Financing under the Technology Development Fund (TDF) of the Defence Ministry has been increased from INR 10 crore per project to INR 50 crore. The TDF scheme supports indigenous development of components, products, systems and technologies by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and startups and is executed by the Defense Research & Development Organisation (DRDO). The TDF programme has approved 56 projects to date.
