GEF exits Prince Pipe and Fittings by selling shares worth Rs.441-Cr, registers 4.15x return

Global Environment Fund (GEF), via South Asia Growth Fund II Holdings LLC and South Asia EBT Trust, has sold 5,965,000 equity shares (5.40% stake) at an avg. price of INR 739.03 per share of publicly listed Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd between July and December 2021. The sales aggregated to INR 440.83 crore. Post-deal, the investor has completely exited from the firm with 4.15x return on its investment.
