General insurance firm Digit raises Rs.417-Cr more from Sequoia, IIFL

Bangalore-based unicorn general insurance provider Digit has raised INR 417 crore more from existing investors Sequoia Capital India and IIFL VC at a valuation of over $4 Billion. Existing backer Sequoia invested INR 269 crore while IIFL invested INR 148 crore. Digit will allot the two investors a total of 1.27 crore equity shares at an issue price of INR 328 per share.
