Gifting co Ferns N Petals raises Rs. 200-Cr from Lighthouse
New Delhi-based gifting platform Ferns N Petals Pvt Ltd has raised INR 200 crore (USD 27 million) from private equity firm Lighthouse. The PE firm has invested through Lighthouse India Fund III. Ferns N Petals will use these funds to invest in technology to grab a larger share of the pie as it focuses on strengthening its international presence. Ferns N Petals operates through a network of more than 400 franchised FnP stores across India. It also has a presence in the UAE, Singapore, and Qatar. The company plans to expand into Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the UK. The firm claims that it has maintained over 40% growth rate and expects a turnover of nearly INR 600 crore in the current financial year.
