Good Creator Co buys video commerce platform Bulbul

Mumbai-based influencer marketing company The Good Creator Co (GCC) has bought Gurugram-headquartered video commerce company Bulbul. Following the acquisition, Bulbul's core functionality will be added to the stack of GCC. Sachin Bhatia, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bulbul will now head the GCC vertical. In January, The Good Glamm Group invested INR 200 crore seed capital in GCC. Available for Android and iOS users, the GCC App combines the complimentary tech stacks of Winkl, Plixxo and Bulbul and is powered by the data analytics of Vidooly to make a unified platform that meets the needs of content creators and influencers. The acquisition is expected to provide access to the Tier-2 and Tier-3 demographics for GCC.
