HDFC Capital invests Rs.1,450-Cr in Kalpataru's projects

HDFC Capital has invested INR 1,450 crore in realty developer Kalpataru's portfolio of projects and land parcels. Kalpataru will use the proceeds for the development of residential apartments across new mid-income projects and also to support completion of existing projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune. Kalptaru has a presence in nine cities and has so far delivered more than 24.1 million sq ft in 110 projects across residential, commercial and retail segments.
