Health tech startup Dozee raises $10-M

Dozee, a Bengaluru-based health-tech startup that offers remote monitoring solutions, has raised INR 71.3 crore (close to USD 10 million) in a fresh round led by new investor Gokul Rajaram (who invested INR 44.2 crore or USD 6 million). Existing investor Prime Venture Partners invested INR 12.4 crore. YourNest and 3one4 Capital have invested INR 7.7 crore and INR 6.4 crore respectively. The 2018 Jain Living Revocable Trust and Indigo Circle Advisors have put in the rest. Dozee has raised the fresh funds at a post-money valuation of $90 million. It has raised around $18 million to date. The Dozee provides remote health monitoring solutions and devices that track heart health, respiration, sleep quality and stress levels. Its health intelligence module detects early signs of health deterioration through thorough risk analysis based on data. The company had previously raised USD 6 million as part of its Series A round led by existing investor Prime Venture Partners in July last year.
