Health-tech unicorn Pristyn Care acquires online doctor consultation platform Lybrate
Gurugram-based health-tech unicorn Pristyn Care has acquired fellow VC-backed Delhi-based online physician consultation platform Lybrate. With this acquisition, Pristyn Care plans to expand its existing health-tech capabilities and offerings into primary care. Lybrate's 150 employees will be joining Pristyn Care. Pristyn Care provides a digital platform for minimal invasive medical and surgical interventions. Lybrate is a digital platform that aims to make healthcare accessible by connecting users with over 300,000 doctors across the country.
