Healthtech startup Even close to raising $5-M led by Khosla Ventures
Bengaluru-based healthtech company Even Healthcare is in late-stage talks with Khosla Ventures and other investors to raise USD 5 million, its first funding. The round will also see the participation of around a dozen angel investors. The startup is likely to be valued at around USD 20 million. Even offers subscription-based plans to cover diagnostics, consultations and hospitalisations costs of up to INR 50 lakh. It only partners with those hospitals that guarantee care of its members in exchange for a recurring monthly payment.
