Helix Investments invests Rs.47-Cr in analytics firm Indus Insights, Unilazer Ventures exits with 5.
Helix Investments (via its unit Culbro Helix Investments LLC) has invested INR 47.35 crore for a 36.07% stake in Indus Insights and Analytical Services Private Limited through a combination of primary infusion and secondary purchase of shares. The investment values the Financials Services focused analytics services firm at INR 131.25 crore. Unilazer Ventures, which had invested in Indus in 2014, exited as part of the secondary purchase with a 5.45x return.
