Hippo Video raises $8-M from DVC, Alpha Wave, KAE Capital, Exfinity

Chennai-based Hippo Video has raised USD 8 million in a strategic funding round led by venture capital firm Dallas Venture Capital (DVC). The funding round also saw participation from existing investors Alpha Wave Global, Kae Capital, and Exfinity Venture Partners. The fresh capital will be deployed to fuel Hippo Video's expansion across the US, expand its customer use cases and to scale up its product portfolio. Hippo Video leverages generative AI to build hyper-personalised videos to improve engagement and improve win rates for the sales and marketing teams of its clients.
