Home interior services provider HomeLane raises Rs.75-Cr via convertible notes

HomeLane, a Bengaluru-based home interior services provider, has raised INR 75 crore (about USD 9.1 million) in bridge funding via convertible notes (with no new no valuation priced in). The fresh capital is expected to support HomeLane's scale up of its affordable segment brand, Doowup. Founded in 2014, HomeLane operates 34 experience centres in 22 cities across India. The company claims to have served over 30,000 customers. HomeLane last raised USD 50 million in a Series E funding round at a post-money valuation of USD 272 million. The round was led by IIFL AMC's Late Stage Tech Fund, Oman India Joint Investment Fund and Stride Ventures. Returning investors Pidilite, Evolvence, NuVentures, Sequoia and Accel had also participated in the fundraising.
