Housing Finance fintech co Homeville raises $7-M from Varanium Capital, 9Unicorns, others

Homeville, a Pune-based financial technology company in housing finance, has raised USD 7 million with participation from Varanium Capital (via Varanium NexGen Fund), 9Unicorns, JITO Angel Network, CREDAI Members Network, Blacksoil Capital, Earlsfield Capital and others. The company operates three platforms as part of its housing credit enablement network. Homeville was founded by IIM alumni - Lalit Menghani, Madhusudan Sharma, and Prasad Ajinkya. The current funding will be used to further strengthen its technology infrastructure and to scale the mortgage platforms serving millennial home buyers as well as home buyers in the affordable segment.
