HR Tech startup BarRaiser raises $4.2 M from 021 Capital, others

BarRaiser, a Bengaluru-based, AI-powered smart interviewing platform, has raised USD 4.2 million in a seed funding round led by 021 Capital and Global Founders Capital, with participation from other angel investors. The funds will be used to expand the company's geographic presence and enable it to scale its engineering and data science teams to meet the demand for its interview community product called BarRaiser+. BarRaiser uses a smart interviewing platform, data-driven analytics, and support from experts from companies around the world to make the interviewing process smarter and more effective. Its proprietary AI generates a normalized BarRaiser Global Score (BGS) – a benchmark of candidates' potential based on 200+ data points.
