HR Tech startup FloCareer raises $5.7 M from Data Point Capital, others
FloCareer, a Bangalore-based business-to-business (B2B) startup focused on white and gray collar job interviews, has raised USD 5.7 million in a round led by Boston-based Data Point Capital. Uncorrelated Ventures and Orios Venture Partners have also joined the round. The firm will use the funds to increase its operations globally, beginning with the US market. Co-founded by Mehul Bhatt and Mohit Jain, FloCareer offers Interviews-as-a-Service, remote hiring, automated bot-based systems, and applicant tracking systems to its clients. It has experts that help screen potential candidates for a particular job. The three year-old startup claims to include Byju's, Wipro, Happiest Minds, BigBasket, ANSR, Rapido, Citius Tech and Tencent among its clients and also claims to have a base of over 3,000 freelancers and 100 specialists to conduct video and telephonic interviews.
