HR-tech startup MyWays.ai raises Rs 80-L led by Realtime Angel Fund
Delhi-based HR-tech startup MyWays.ai has raised INR 80 lakh led by Realtime Angel Fund (RTAF). It will use the investment to expand its user base and extend its offerings. MyWays.ai streamlines and automates the recruitment process for organisations by helping them with talent discovery, screening, and interviews, thereby reducing manual effort by up to 90%. It claims to have a network of over 110,000 candidates, 800 colleges, and 150 companies.
