Bengaluru-based HR-tech service greyHR, run by Greytip Software, has raised INR 51.8 crore in a fresh funding round led by Info Edge, along with MegaDelta Capital (through Millenna FVCIII). The startup has issued 620,000 Series D compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) to the investors.
